- - 2 years of experience in wholesales (voice) with appropriate revenue responsibility
- - Experience in carrier wholesales software solutions
- - Experience in usage of internet-based applications
- - Exceeding customer and service orientation
- - Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- - Deal-oriented negotiating skills
- - Confident MS Office user, MS Excel expert
- - Language skills: fluent English, additional language skills (like German, French, Arabic) are a plus
- - Business development in designated markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa through new direct interconnects
- - Support of international wholesale voice customers and providers
- - Acquisition of new wholesale customers and providers
- - Coordination, controlling and optimization of internal processes regarding new and existing customers and providers
- - Conducting of rate calls with customers and providers on a regular basis
- - Implementation and monitoring of swap-deals and bilateral agreements
- - Creation of additional revenue by cross selling the complete product portfolio of GEMAXX Communications
- - Review and optimization of revenue and margin goals of the assigned customers
- - Development and monitoring of revenue goals of the assigned customers
- - Cooperation with Controlling and Customer Support to secure payment terms and limit arrangements
- - Feedback to the CEO in regular intervals
