Ideal Candidate

  • - 2 years of experience in wholesales (voice) with appropriate revenue responsibility
  • - Experience in carrier wholesales software solutions
  • - Experience in usage of internet-based applications
  • - Exceeding customer and service orientation
  • - Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • - Deal-oriented negotiating skills
  • - Confident MS Office user, MS Excel expert
  • - Language skills: fluent English, additional language skills (like German, French, Arabic) are a plus


Job description
  • - Business development in designated markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa through new direct interconnects
  • - Support of international wholesale voice customers and providers
  • - Acquisition of new wholesale customers and providers
  • - Coordination, controlling and optimization of internal processes regarding new and existing customers and providers
  • - Conducting of rate calls with customers and providers on a regular basis
  • - Implementation and monitoring of swap-deals and bilateral agreements
  • - Creation of additional revenue by cross selling the complete product portfolio of GEMAXX Communications
  • - Review and optimization of revenue and margin goals of the assigned customers
  • - Development and monitoring of revenue goals of the assigned customers
  • - Cooperation with Controlling and Customer Support to secure payment terms and limit arrangements
  • - Feedback to the CEO in regular intervals

Job responsibilities:
  • Market research and analysis
  • Permanent contact and negotiation with our sales managers and clients in order to create the optimal offers of our products
  • Calculation of rates for our products (calling cards)
  • Supervision and control of technical and commercial implementation of the products
  • Evaluation of the relevant parameters - revenue, costs, profit for our products: analyses and forecasts
  • Proposals of measures for improving and optimizing our products
  • Future perspective: development of technical concepts and procedures related to our products
Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree (preferably in Economics, Informatics, Mathematics or other related fields), MBA represents a plus
  • Very good English proficiency, German language represents a plus
  • Experienced in working within a multinational company
  • work experience 3 years in a relevant field, preferably in product management, controlling, purchasing, telecommunication.?-Familiar with all MS Office products, experience in working with databases
  • Analytical skills, very good in working with figures
  • Results orientation, efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Outstanding skills in defining procedures and processes

Your assignment:
  • Layout, typesetting and finished artwork from digital, print media and advertising materials by Corporate Design Guidelines
  • Care and ensuring a uniform design and appearance, according to Corporate Design Manual for Partners
  • Classical design brochures / catalogs, mailings, flyers to packaging
  • Coordination with internal departments and external service providers (agencies and printers)
  • Development, organization and planning of all company, customer and partner websites
  • Adaptation of print products in different languages
Your Profile:
  • Current studies (majoring in graphic design or web design) or training in the graphics area (media designers, etc.)
  • Excellent expertise in image processing such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Reader and more
  • Excellent expertise in design, designing websites, online campaigns, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and preferably JavaScript
  • Experience with Smarty, PHP and SQL are beneficial
  • Independent acquisition of concepts through to implementation
  • High Internet affinity, lots of creativity
